Golden Palace Blackjack Review

If you are familiar with blackjack basics, then reading the essential summaries will help you improve your game play, by offering you information and tips from the most intelligent game players aboard the Internet. If you are familiar with splitting and doubling down, you can take advantage of the free information to learn more strategies in blackjack that will enhance game play.

Dealers Busting Cards
Blackjack is a diverse game so to speak, which includes dealers busting cards. This is one of the most essential rules of the game, since the majority of decisions made in blackjack games are based on influence, which includes the dealer’s up-cards or displayed cards. If the dealer is showing a four, five, or six then you are looking at busting cards. The hole card can be decided by these cards, since if the dealer is showing busting cards; it’s safe to assume that the dealer is holding a hole card valuing ten.

Taking this assumption, a step above can lead us to believe that the dealers are holding a 14, 15, or 16-card hand. Since the object of Blackjack is to reach 21 without busting, we want to consider all possibilities. With this in mind, we can deduce that if the dealer is holding a 14, 15, or 16-card hand it is possible the dealer will draw a 10-value card, which will cause the dealer to bust. This means the dealer looses the match.

If the dealer is showing a four, five, and six up-cards, which are common dealer bust cards, it is offering the player an opportunity to double down or split the cards where you typically wouldn’t split or double.

Splitting a pair
Splitting pairs includes having two cards of the same value. At this point, you want to consider what your best option entails. Blackjack’s common strategy in this situation is splitting Aces and eight. To help you appreciate this strategy we can consider splitting two cards valued at eight on the initial deal. This is a very good ideal, since you will separate the 8’s, now you have two hands to bid on with the value of each hand equally 8. If you can see the logic here, you know that splitting the hands enables you the chance of winning, since it is possible to get two eighteen hands our of the deal, instead of 16 value hand. This raises the stakes of winning. You should also base your decision of splitting on the dealers up-cards, i.e. if the dealer has busting cards. However, sometimes it’s best to stand on low cards even if the dealer is showing busting cards.
